Delhi court grants bail to Abhijeet Dipke

A Special Executive Magistrate Court in Delhi has granted bail to Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke, subject to certain conditions, Live Law reported.

According to the report, Dipke will be released shortly.

He has been asked to sign a bond and will have to comply with the peace bond.

One of the conditions will require him to maintain peace for a period of one year.

Dipke was placed under preventive arrest ahead of the outfit’s proposed ‘Lehra Do Tiranga’ march at Connaught Place on Friday.

The march was called by the CJP as part of its protest against restrictions on demonstrations in the national capital.
