New Delhi: A 54-year-old Manipuri musician and music teacher was allegedly beaten to death in southeast Delhi after he objected to a group of men creating noise outside his home, with police arresting all eight people accused in the killing, including a juvenile.
Chongtham Vikram Singh died early Monday after he was allegedly assaulted by a group of men in Kilokari village near Ashram on Sunday night. Police said Singh had gone downstairs to object to shouting and other nuisance allegedly caused by delivery workers and staff of nearby eateries. The confrontation escalated, and the group allegedly attacked him with fists and blows.
